I cannot recommend this self-storage company enough and echo what I wrote above, ten fold. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. Stored my belongings there for over 6 months and there was no dust at all in the unit which was fantastic. If you’re looking for a storage unit, this is the place to go to.”

“I found myself in a difficult position of having to rent a large self storage unit at short notice and although i looked at all of the big national brands, there was nothing located in the Hoddesdon area or within a realistic travelling time that suited my needs or my price range.On calling Hoddesdon Self Storage and explaining my situation, i was greeted with a warm welcome and immediately put at ease after explaining my situation, i was provided with a number of options that were all within my price range and provided me with the solution i was looking for.On visiting the premises on the same day to view the potential unit, i was pleasantly surprised to see how modern and how clean each of these units were, after agreeing my rental period and completing all of the paperwork, the Hoddesdon Self Storage team also helped me with the purchase of bubble rap, removal boxes and the hire of a man with a van, all at extremely short notice following the failure of my original booking to turn which was organised through a different organisation..During the last 3 months of my rental period, i have had to visited my unit on a number of occasions (majority weekends) and i have to say just how professional the team have been, they have been extremely helpful, they always have a smile on their faces and are genuinely interested in how i have settled into my new premises. For me, i believe this goes above and beyond the normal level of customer service and i have no problem with recommending Hoddesdon Self Storage to anybody looking to hire a unit.”
